Protection and indemnity coverage (boat liability insurance)

Owning a boat carries many risks. A moment of inattention, a tricky manoeuvre, and if you are unlucky you can be held liable for life-long payments of compensation.

	- -	the skipper/captain crew members and other people authorised to operate the boat. Covered is their legal liability arising from operating your boat.

-	coverage of water pollution (contamination clean-up)

-	holiday coverage (non-owned boat liability coverage): covers free of charge for a rented or chartered boat or a substitute which corresponds in size to the insured object, for a period of up to 4 weeks per year.
